Stepping into a leadership role is exciting! but it can also feel overwhelming.
How do you inspire your team, make confident decisions, and lead with authenticity?
Whether you’re a first-time manager or transitioning into a supervisory role, this training will help!
This course highlights the fundamentals of effective leadership for supervisors and managers.
We will discuss the importance of the different leadership styles that a Supervisor and Manager can adapt that will gain commitment of individuals toward productivity and high performance.
Different methods and techniques are introduced in coaching and counseling to address performance gaps; relevant topics on diversity and inclusivity that discusses collaboration and inclusive working relationships which are equally essential in developing the leadership skills of a Supervisor and Manager.
The training is provided virtually through the Zoom platform.

Ms. Nida is a dynamic professional with more than 20years of rich experience spearheading the whole cycle of Human Resources Management and Development. She was associated with the Philippine-Australia Human Resource Organizational Development Facility and presently engaged in organizational interventions and outsourced Human Resource Management with private corporations and Civil Society Organizations.
She has gained a wealth of experience in Change Management, Culture-Building, Management and Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, Instructional Development, and Facilitation of Learning among other behaviorally-anchored skills training for more than 11 years.
She has handled senior positions in Management and Development with diverse industries from Aviation, Systems Integration, Land Transportation, Shipping, Supply Chain Solutions / Logistics, Overseas Manpower Deployment, Manufacturing, Retail, Business Process Outsourcing, and Management Consulting.
